White Bear Yoga in the 4Ever Fit Studio offers a variety yoga and fitness group classes to meet you where you are with your fitness goals. Whether you've never taken a yoga class before, or you're a seasoned fitness veteran, our classes are both accessible and challenging.

$10 Classes offered include:

Power Yoga is a class that is for anyone who is interested in exploring the benefits of yoga. All experience levels are welcome to try this sequence that combines traditional yoga postures with flow movement to music in a studio that is room temperature.  With an emphasis on breathing, this class is designed to help the student increase flexibility, build strength, balance, and focus. 

Beginning Power Yoga is a class for all levels and for those who would like to start with the fundamentals of this popular fitness class.  

Heated Power Yoga is a 60 minute class that is designed for the Power Yoga student who thrives in an intermediate / advanced class.  Set to energizing music, and in a climate controlled studio, this class focuses on building and engaging core strength in more advanced postures. In heater Power Yoga, the student with stretch, strengthen, and detoxify, while scorching calories! 

Beginning Yoga is an ideal class for everyone as it teaches the basic fundamentals of Hatha Yoga and its benefits.  We will focus in on stretching, alignment, stress reduction, and breathing techniques and will move gently into balance and strengthening postures.  

ZUMBA® Ditch the workout and join the party with Zumba!  Get revitalized, energized, burn calories, and party all at the same time! This class fuses easy to follow dance choreography with up beat music for workout that burns fat and tones your body all while strengthening your core! Join in!

All classes are 60 minutes long.  Please bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a mat if you have one. You may purchase water and mats are available for use.  Wear exercise clothing, and arrive to the studio 10 minutes prior to class to sign in, and prepare for practice.
